RECENT NEWS AND CONTACTS WITH THE MIDDLE EAST

Airesun Global is pleased to note the following meetings and connections that have recently materialized in the Middle East.

His Excellency (HE) Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa Al Hammadi is a member of the Executive Council and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED).  HE Al Shorafa has joined Hub71 Abu Dhabi as its Chairman in January 2020.

HE Al Shorafa plays a senior role in numerous leading organizations in Abu Dhabi including being on the board of the Strategic Partnership Council of the Department of Health Abu Dhabi, and heads the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO). He also currently serves as Chairman of the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development (KFED)

Reg MacDonald, Airesun Global VP Business Development Oil &Gas and Simone Jucker, Airesun Global Corporate Representative Middle East had previous meetings in Abu Dhabi with United Eastern Group. Meetings had also transpired with National Oil Company- U.A.E. Also, while on business in the Middle East Reg MacDonald had met with Dr. Jaber Al-Marri Founder, Chairman and CEO of (AIPC) and Abdul Kader El-Rafael of (AIPC) Arabian International Corp. shown above.  Dr Al-Marri was also Vice Chairman & Managing Director – Qatar,  Chairman of Qatar Petro Chemical Company (QAPCO), Chairman, Qatar Liquefied Natural Gas Company (Qatar Gas) , Chairman, Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company (RasGas),  Chairman and Founder of Qatar Fuel Additives Company (QAFAC),  as former Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Qatar Petroleum  and Chairman of Ras Gas LNG Companies. He presided over 15 Billion US worth of Petroleum Investments in his home country of Qatar located on the West Shore of the Persian Gulf.  Canadian Companies should have a huge presence in the Middle East he admonishes.  He states there are a lot of huge projects in upstream and downstream, LNG, and Petro Chemical underway where Canadian Companies could play a big role.
